1. Install your Three SIM card
Put your new SIM in your phone. If you need help with this, check your phone’s user manual. Once your SIM’s installed, we’ll text you your new number.
3. Top up your credit
Adding credit to your account is simple. It can be done on our app, by logging in to your account, or anonymously through your browser.
4. Choose how to use your credit
There are two ways to use Pay As You Go with us. You can either spend your credit at our normal rates, or exchange it for a Data Pack – a monthly bundle of minutes, texts, and data. Data Packs are great value for money and can be bought in-app.

To keep your Pay As You Go SIM active, use it at least once every 180 days. Just make a call, send a text, use data, or top up. See our terms for more details.
