What's included in the Big Tech Giveaway?


You can choose from a range of tech gifts if you buy or upgrade to one of the following phones before midnight on 3 June 2021:

The gifts available are Samsung Galaxy Buds Live, JBL Xtreme 3, Fitbit Versa 3, and Powerbeats Pro by Beats. You'll be able to see all the gifts on offer when you're choosing your phone. You'll also be reminded of them when you click through to redeem your gift code, so you can make your final choice then. You’ve got until midnight on 30 July 2021 to claim your gift.

Am I eligible for a free gift?


If you've bought one of the phones listed below on a 24-month Pay Monthly plan with Unlimited data, you'll qualify for a gift on us. If you've upgraded to one of these phones on a 24-month Unlimited data plan, you'll also qualify.

What happens if I cancel my order?


When you buy a new Pay Monthly phone from us online or over the phone you have a 14-day cooling off period. If you cancel your order or decide to return your phone within this time, you won't be eligible for your gift. Please note that if you buy instore, you won’t have this 14-day cooling off period.

How long do I have to claim my gift?


You have until midnight on 30 July 2021 to claim your gift.

What happens if I don't receive my claim code?


We'll text your code to the number registered on your Three account between 15 and 20 days of getting your new phone. If you’re a Business customer, we’ll send it to you in an email.

If, after 20 days, you still haven't received your code, please call us on 333 or get in touch via webchat and we'll look into it for you.

If you’re a Business customer:


We’ll send you an email with your unique code between 15 and 20 days of getting your new phone.

If, after 20 days, you still haven't received your code, please call us on 337 from your Three phone, or 0800 033 8022 from any other phone (standard charges apply).

You can also get in touch via webchat. Our phone lines and webchat are open Monday to Friday, 08:00-20:00; Saturday and Sunday, 09:00-18:00.

What should I do if my code doesn't work and I can't claim my gift?


If you have a problem with your claim code, please call us on 333 and we'll check you have the right code and get this sorted for you.

How long will my gift take to arrive?


When you redeem your code and order your gift we'll post it out straight away - it should take up to 7 days to arrive.

If you're still waiting for your gift, please check our Three Accessories help. Or if there's a problem with your order, send an email to ThreeAccessorySupport.UK@brightstar.com and include your order number in the email. One of the team will be in touch, usually within 2 working days.
