Pay Monthly Roaming charges

If your current plan started before 1 October 2021, calls and texts to the UK and between Go Roam in Europe destinations are included in your allowance. You can use up to 12GB of data, which will simply come out of your allowance. After that a small surcharge applies (see below).

If you joined Three or upgraded on or after 1 October 2021, you'll need to pay a daily charge of £2 to unlock your UK allowance in France. This daily charge will be waived until 23 May 2022.*

If you've gone over your allowance in a Go Roam in Europe destination, you'll pay special lower roaming rates letting you use your phone abroad, or you can buy an Add-on in My3.

Pay As You Go Roaming charges

Calls and texts to the UK and between Go Roam in Europe destinations are included in your allowance for all our plans.

France is a Go Roam in Europe destination which means you can use your data here at no extra cost. If you have an Add-on with a data allowance of 12GB or greater, a fair use limit applies, with use over 12GB subject to a small surcharge (see below).

*The charge will be applied as soon as there is a 'chargeable event' on your plan. This includes making an outbound call, sending a text, and accessing data services. Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man are excluded from the daily charge. Our fair use policies apply in Go Roam destinations.

†Calls to international special numbers aren't covered by your monthly allowance of voice minutes and are charged at £2.75 per minute. These include calls to international premium rate and some international personal numbers. We'll do our best to send you a text message when you connect to any of these numbers.
