Pay As You Go Add-ons
Add-ons are a great way to get more for your money. Convert your credit into an Add-on to get data, calls or texts at the best value. Converting your credit into an Add-on is quick and easy. You can do it when you top-up or at any other time, as long as you have enough credit.
What's the difference between a top-up and an Add-on?
Top-up
When your credit runs low, top-up to get more.
When you top-up, you get our standard rates, and your credit lasts until you use it up.
Add-on
You can buy an Add-on at any time – you don’t need to top-up first. If you’ve already topped up and have credit, you can convert it into an Add-on.
Add-ons give you more for your money than our standard rates, and they last for 30 or 90 days.

The Three app
The easiest way to buy Add-ons is through the Three app. You don't even need any data, just a network connection.
You can also use the app to track your usage and manage your account on the go.

How long will my Add-on last?

Add-ons last for 30 days unless they state otherwise.
When you’ve used up an Add-on and you have a second Add-on queued, we’ll activate the next one automatically. If you’ve only got 1 Add-on, we’ll text you when you’ve used up 80% of it. We’ll send another text when you’ve used it up completely.
You can’t cancel a Pay As You Go Add-on once it’s been activated. You’ll need to wait until it expires. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund if you bought an Add-on by mistake. -
Can I increase my Personal Hotspot allowance with an Add-on?

Personal Hotspot is already included on Pay As You Go using a data Add-on or by converting your cash to credit. If you run out of data or credit, you can top-up or buy another Add-on to keep using Personal Hotspot. -
Can I buy the same Add-on more than once?

You can buy most Add-ons as often as you need to. They’ll stack up so that you don’t have to worry about running out of allowance. -
Is there anything Add-ons don't cover?

Add-ons don’t cover all types of services. For example, they won't work abroad if you're travelling to a country that isn't a Go Roam destination. We recommend that you keep your account topped up with some extra credit in case you need to:- Make an international call
- Use your device while roaming in a country which isn't a Go Roam destination
- Use a text message shortcode service
- Call a special number
If you use these services, the cost will be taken out of your top-up credit. The cost of everything else will be taken from your Add-on allowance.
