How Three Live works.
1. Tap the Three Live icon.
You’ll find it at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. Tap or click to go straight to our live broadcast.
2. Watch a demo when it suits you.
We broadcast live at 12:00, 15:00 and 17:00. Remember to have your sound on so you can hear the presenters.
3. Get involved.
The more interactive you are, the better. Have fun with our polls and take part in our live Q&A sessions to get the answers you need.

No, your question is only seen by our presenters. Other customers watching the broadcast won't be able to see what you send.
Is this really live?
Yes, our presenters are really live. You can try testing this by asking them what the day is, or what the weather is like.
Why can't I hear anything?
Make sure you've turned your sound on.
Can I get help with my account?
Our presenters can't log into your account or take any personal details from you. So, if you’ve got an account query it’s best to Contact us, or use the Three App.
Can the presenters see me?
No. Although you can see and hear them, they can’t see or hear you.
