We're sorry to see you go! However, everything can be done easily online, with a text to switch (see below) or on the phone. You can also learn more details about leaving
No matter what you're looking to do, we'll always let you know your outstanding balance associated with your account. Your outstanding amount doesn’t include any discounts or charges. We'll also send you a final bill once you've switched to a new provider, which acts as confirmation that you've left us.

Not going to another provider? You don’t need a PAC or STAC

You can leave without getting a PAC or STAC, if you're not moving to another provider. All you'll need to do is give us a call. You'll need to give us 30 days' notice, and at the end of it we'll cancel your number and stop billing you.
Remember though, if you do this, you'll lose your number forever and we won’t be able to get it back. If you want to keep it, you'll need to get a PAC and take that to a new provider.
Want to switch but don't want to have to give all your friends your new number? Tired of having to say "new phone, who dis"? It's ok. You can keep your number.
You might find it easier to leave your number behind you, just like you've left your exes, your glittery eyeshadow and your leg warmers. We can do that too.

Find out your outstanding charges via text

Get your PAC via text to keep your number

You’ll need your PAC to pass on to your new provider if you want to keep your number. We can send it to you – all you need to do is text ‘PAC’ and your date of birth (DDMMYY) to 65075.
For example: PAC 071281
Note: You won’t be able to upgrade online for 30 days once you’ve requested this code. If you decide you’d like to stay, just give us a call so we can cancel the code.

Get your STAC via text to cancel your number

You’ll need your STAC to cancel your number with us, meaning you can get a new one from your new provider. We can send it to you – all you need to do is text ‘STAC’ and your date of birth (DDMMYY) to 75075.
For example: STAC 071281
