How do I refer a friend?

It’s easy. To get started, tap Refer a friend now on our Refer a Friend page. Then enter your email address and we’ll send you a referral link to share with your friends.

If your friend successfully places an order on our website using your referral link, you’ll both get a cash reward.

You’ll both get your reward around 7 weeks after your friend’s successful order has been placed. But it may take up to 90 days, depending on the product they pick.

Please note: To claim your reward, you must be over 18 years old and a UK resident.

What Three products can I refer?

You can refer products in these categories:

• 5G Pay Monthly phones
• 4G Pay Monthly phones
• 5G Home Broadband
• 4G Home Broadband
• Mobile Broadband (that includes Tablets)
• Pay Monthly phone SIMs
• Pay as you go phone SIMs

How much money can I earn?

We offer different rewards depending on the product you refer. And you can refer them to as many mates as you like, as many times as you like.

How and when will I receive the cash reward?

After your friend’s placed their order, it takes around 7 weeks for your referral to be confirmed. But it may take up to 90 days, depending on the product. This is to give your friend time to return or cancel their order if they change their mind.

Once your friend’s order’s been confirmed, we’ll let you both know when your reward money is available.

You can track the status of your rewards by logging in to your referral account. And your reward can be paid straight into your current account or your PayPal account.

Could anything stop me getting my cash reward?

Your friend must complete their purchase directly from the referral link and in a single visit. If they visit a third party site or leave three.co.uk before completing their purchase, we won’t be able to link it with your referral. That means we wouldn’t be able to pay you your cash reward. The offer is not available via any other purchase route or in conjunction with any other offer.

I’ve recommended a Pay As You Go Voice SIM, when will I get paid?

To get your £10 cash reward, your friend must top-up 3 times with a minimum of £10. This should be done within 90 days of activating their new Pay As You Go SIM.

I'm not a Three customer. Can I still recommend someone?

Yes, you can. We reward everyone who successfully refers someone to Three.

Can I refer myself?

No you can't. It has to be a friend.

What should I do if I've forgotten my login details?

Don't panic – you can reset your referral account password here.

What happens if I don't receive my cash reward?

To track the status of your rewards, you need to log in to your referral account. Then go to Dashboard in the drop down menu next to your profile.
